Life line

The life line is a curved line that begins below the thumb and extends to the heart line. The life line represents the length of your life. The deeper and more prominent it is, the more years you will live

People with long thin lifelines tend to enjoy good health but may not live as long as those whose lifelines are thick and distinct. If your life lines are exceptionally deep and well-defined, this indicates that you have a great deal of physical strength which should help you to enjoy robust health throughout most of your life.

Head line

The head line can be divided into two parts, a straight line, and a broken line. The straight line represents your mental ability and the broken line represents your mental ability. If there is no head line at all, then it indicates that you do not have any brains.

If your head line looks very long and thin, then it shows that you have deep knowledge and wisdom in your mind; if the head line is short but thick, it shows that you are smart but impatient. If there are many dots on the headline like stars or flowers on its top part then they represent thoughts coming out of our mind. If the dots on this part are far apart from each other or look like clouds or small clouds then they represent scattered thoughts inside our minds which sometimes make us feel tired mentally because sometimes we cannot concentrate properly due to these scattered thoughts.

Heart line

The heart line is a horizontal line that starts from the middle of the palm, goes through the center of the palm, and ends at the edge of the palm. It is also known as the 'Venus Line'. The heart line indicates someone who has a strong relationship with family members and friends. This person will have many friends or lovers in their life but they may have problems when it comes to romance or marriage

Girdle of Venus or Bracelets

The Girdle of Venus or Bracelets is a line that begins at the beginning of the Heart Line, goes up to Mercury and around the wrist. It is associated with health and happiness in marriage. It represents creativity, sexuality, and material success as well

Sun line or Apollo line

The sun line or Apollo line is the most important line in palmistry. It indicates prosperity, good luck, and long life.

The sun line begins from the side of the palm near the base of the ring finger, crosses over at its highest point to form a semicircle just below it, and ends on either side of it as well as at its lowest point. The direction in which this line moves indicates whether you will be wealthy or not. If it moves up your hand, then you will be wealthy; if it goes down towards your wrist (or if there is no clear shape), then poverty is indicated for you.

Fate line

The fate line starts from the base of your palm and ends in the middle of your palm. It is a sign that shows good luck, success, wealth, and prosperity. If this line is broken, then it can mean that you may be facing obstacles in life.

Mercury line or Health line

It is called mercury because of its curvy shape. It's the second most important line on your palm and is associated with good health, vitality, and longevity. It's also the longest line on your palm and represents a straight path in life.

Marriage lines or Relationship lines

The fate line is a horizontal line on the palm, which starts from the base of the thumb and ends at the wrist. It shows your ability to pursue your goals and dreams in life.

If you have a long and well-defined fate line, then it indicates that you will be able to achieve success in all your endeavors.

If there are several branch lines on this line, then it means that you will find it difficult to reach a certain goal or dream as obstacles will come in front of you along your journey.

Mounts and Plains in Palmistry-

Mounts are the fleshy areas of the palm. They indicate personality traits, strengths, and weaknesses. There are four mounts:

Mount of Mercury

The Mercury mount is below the little finger representing rationality. The Mercury mount is the lowest mount to be found between the thumb and little finger, which represents rationality and communication

Mercury is the planet of communication and rationality. It rules over traveling, business and trade, commerce, speech, and writing. It also governs education as well as being associated with the nervous system.

Mount of Saturn

The Saturn mount is below the middle finger. It represents wisdom and discipline, as well as the ability to control your emotions. The most famous person born with a prominent Saturn mount was Mahatma Gandhi. His political campaigns were based on non-violent means such as public protests and fasting until death—which he did not take long before his release from prison at age 82!

Mount of Apollo

If the mount is high, it means that you are ambitious in your approach to life and that others can rely on your leadership qualities. If there is a depression or a discolouration (a dark patch) on this mount, it indicates low self-esteem; however, if there are no shadows or discolourations then your confidence will be strong.

The plains are the bony parts that define the limits of each mount.

They are also known as the mounts' boundaries or fleshy areas of the palm. The plains are named after the planets they're associated with and have a difficult time staying still; they're constantly moving in space, which makes it difficult to interpret what's happening with them. Plain of Apollo

The Apollo has three lines; one on each side and one in the middle point at the base of your little finger called Apollo's Beak. Yog, Mark, and Shape in Hands

Yog, Mark, and shape are shown by the lines of hands. Yog shows up in the palm of the hand while Mark and shape show up in the lines of hands. Shape is shown by a straight line that runs across both palms. It is also called Harshad or Ashtakavarga. This line starts from Moon point (Chandrakala), goes down to Heart Line (Surya Rekha), and then further goes till Saturn mount. Once it crosses Saturn mount, it splits into two more lines, which run parallel to each other starting from Venus Mount up to Jupiter Mount respectively.

What is Yog in hands?

Yog is a triangle-shaped pattern found on either side of Jupiter Mount or Mars Mount depending on whether this yog is present on the left or right hand respectively. The top part of this triangle has three points which touch Sun Line (Surya Rekha) at its centre point and the sides touch Fate Line (Karma Rekha). In palmistry we call these points as: Ashwini Nakshatram, Shatabhishak Nakshatram & Shukra Nakshatram respectively; they are also known as Girdle Stars or Belt Stars because they seem like belts around Jupiter Mount when viewed from above!

What is Mark in hands?

Mark in hand is a sign of luck and prosperity. Mark in hand is also known as spot, line, or sign. It is a symbol of good fortune, which indicates success in life, career, and marriage; and it shows that you have the potential to achieve more than others.

If you have a mark on your right palm above the base of your thumb then it means that you will be rich and prosperous throughout your lifetime. Shape in the hands is a symbol of the person's personality. It is an indication of the person's character, nature, and behavior. Shape in hands is also an indication of one's destiny and future.
